Meet our Yoga teachers

Melania is the guiding force behind the yoga vision and offerings at Secret Hill Patnem. Her journey began over fifteen years ago with a transformative experience that opened the door to self-discovery and a completely new way of living. For her, Yoga is more than a personal practice, it is a timeless tool for inner exploration, healing and awakening, supporting not only the individual but also the collective well-being.
Trained and certified as a Yoga and Meditation teacher since 2015, and as a Specialist in Ayurvedic Nutrition, Melania has studied and practiced across India, South America, Spain, France, Australia, and Italy. Her teaching is rooted in the authentic yogic tradition, embracing a wide and integrated approach that combines traditional Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda and Yogic Philosophy rooted in Vedanta.
Over the past ten years, she has guided more than a hundred students through deeply transformative journeys, taught in over ten Yoga Teacher Trainings, and led retreats and immersions both in Europe and India. Her work is rooted in lived experience, a synthesis of philosophy, self-inquiry, meditation, asana, pranayama, kriya, and mindful lifestyle.
Living between Spain and India, close to the ocean and in contact with nature, Melania embodies the simplicity she teaches. Her vision for Secret Hill is to hold a space where yoga becomes not just a practice, but a way of remembering our true essence, cultivating inner stillness, strength, and joy in everyday life.

Debora’s professional path began from a rational and structured perspective until life invited her, in 2015, to look within. That deep call to know herself in a more honest and sincere way led her to discover yoga, a practice that, over time, became a true way of life.
For more than ten years, she has walked a path of exploration, practice, and personal growth. Along this journey, she has completed over 300 hours of training as a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator, a Yoga for Emotions course, and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga training on the island of Gran Canaria.
Each experience has nurtured not only her practice but also her way of supporting others in their own process of well-being and self-discovery. She has collaborated on community-oriented projects centred on the holistic care of body, mind, and spirit.
As a Restorative Yoga facilitator, she creates spaces where tranquillity, connection, and self-care naturally flourish, rooted in the deep ancestral wisdom of Yoga, and at Secret Hill she offers gentle, nurturing sessions that support guests in slowing down, reconnecting, and returning to themselves.

Leonardo has always been deeply curious about the connection between body, mind, and energy. His journey began over 20 years ago with reflexology, inspired by traditional Chinese medicine, and later expanded to full-body massage, yoga, and meditation.
After studying and working with therapists in Spain and Canada, Leonardo completed a 900-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in India and deepened his skills in Thai massage in Thailand. His personal meditation practice is based on Vipassana and continues to shape his heart-centred approach to healing.
Today, Leonardo shares his work from his space in the Canary Islands, where he offers yoga, massage therapy, and holistic events blending yoga, ecstatic dance, food, and kirtan.
At Secret Hill, Leonardo offers a gentle yet energizing blend of Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin Yoga, inviting participants to reconnect with their bodies, release energetic blockages, and awaken inner balance through movement and presence.

Pawan
Pawan has been a devoted student and teacher of Yoga for over six years, guiding others into the sacred journey of the Self. On the mat, he invites his students to move with the rhythm of breath, body, and soul, where practice becomes a way to remember who we truly are.
Yoga found Pawan at a time of inner loss. Through surrender, he rediscovered his essence and freedom, a moment that became his Dharma. Since then, sharing this ancient medicine of love has been his offering to the world.
Trained in Bali and later immersed in ashram life at Neyyar Dam, Kerala, Pawan has completed over 1050 hours of study across Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, Tantra, and Sivananda traditions.
Guided by his teachers in Banaras and inspired by Kashmir Shaivism, Pawan blends Tantric wisdom with embodied experience. He remains a lifelong student of the mystery, serving Yoga as a path of freedom and devotion.
As a teacher deeply rooted in the yogic tradition, he shares practices that bring clarity, steadiness, and inner strength, guiding students back to their natural state of balance; at Secret Hill, his classes offer an authentic and grounding experience where ancient teachings become simple tools for everyday life.

Ankit
Ankit’s path is rooted in silence, discipline, and the lived experience of traditional yogic life.
His journey has been shaped by Vipassana meditation , traditional yogis from Rishikesh, who shared authentic Himalayan wisdom and yoga teachings .
A formative six months living in an ashram allowed him to explore yogic principles not only through study, but through daily practice, self-inquiry, and community life.
At Secret Hill, Ankit brings this depth into accessible and steady classes that weave together breathwork, meditation, mindful movement, and traditional yogic principles. He teaches Hatha-based practices, Pranayama sessions, and guided meditation, offering a grounded space where students can reconnect with inner clarity and a sense of calm strength.
His approach is gentle yet precise, inviting students to slow down and meet themselves with awareness. Through his teaching, Ankit shares yoga as a lived practice, nurturing resilience, balance, and well-being in everyday life.
