Trauma-Sensitive Yoga: Getting to Know Oneself.
A compassionate practice that offers a safe, non-judgmental space to reconnect with your body and needs in the present moment. In this session, you are invited to move with choice, build trust, and learn tools for self-regulation and inner listening.
Workshop Structure:
- Introduction: What Trauma-Sensitive Yoga is, its origins, and core principles.
- Practice: Guided asana session where options support self-exploration and inner listening. We will also explore somatic tools to release physical tension and foster a sense of grounding and safety.
- Closing: Guided meditation and space for integration and sharing (all entirely optional).
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, to be with yourself just as you are, and to explore movement as a path toward presence, safety and connection in an enriching and peaceful environment.
