Exploring the Panch Koshas through Yoga Practice.
In this two-hour workshop, we will journey through the Panch Koshas, the five layers of human existence described in the yogic tradition. From the Annamaya Kosha, the physical body, to the Anandamaya Kosha, the body of bliss, we will explore how these subtle sheaths shape our perception of self and our experience of life.
Through a combination of reflection, gentle asana practice, breath awareness, and guided meditation, you will learn to sense and navigate each layer, from the tangible to the most refined. This exploration helps dissolve identification with the outer layers and allows a deeper connection with the essence of being.
By the end of the session, you will have a clearer understanding of how the Koshas influence your daily life and how to move toward greater balance, harmony, and expanded consciousness. A transformative inner experience for self-discovery and holistic growth.

Meet the team
All workshops are open to everyone, no previous experience in yoga is required.
You will be gently guided by the teacher through each step. Every session includes both a theoretical and a practical part and lasts around 120 minutes.
All materials are provided in the yoga shala free of charge (yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, cushions).
