Drop-in Yoga Classes in South Goa: Traditional Hatha Yoga at Secret Hill

Daily Yoga Sessions Rooted in Tradition
At Secret Hill, Yoga is taught in continuity with the classical Hatha Yoga tradition. We offer Drop-In Yoga & Meditation classes, and each class is an opportunity to engage with the practice in a quiet, structured way, including asana, pranayama, meditation, traditional kriya, and elements of yogic study when appropriate.
Guided by experienced teachers, each bringing their own style within the shared foundation of traditional Hatha Yoga, the sessions follow the yogic rhythm of practice.
Held in the morning, afternoon, and evening, they align with the natural energy flow of the day, reflecting the unique energetic quality of each moment.
Drop-in classes are open to guests and outside visitors, and suitable for all levels. You may join occasionally or as part of your daily rhythm while staying with us.
