
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and considerate, while offering better flexibility and value for guests booking directly through our website.
Standard Season (Applicable to all stays outside of peak dates)
For stays up to 6 nights:
For stays of 7 nights or more:
Peak Season / Blackout Dates (20 December – 10 January, major local festivals and state/national festivals)
Bookings during these periods are non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of arrival. No exceptions.
Processing Fees
All cancellations (even within the refundable window) are subject to a one-night administrative fee to cover operational costs.
Rebooking
One complimentary rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 30 days in advance. Rescheduled dates must fall within 6 months of the original booking.
Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.
