Retreats at Secret Hill

Small retreats rooted in the yogic tradition
Throughout the season, Secret Hill offers a few residential yoga retreats guided by our in-house team and selected guest teachers from India and abroad.
These retreats are designed to offer a quiet space for practice, rest, and inner realignment.
Each one follows a clear structure, rooted in the classical Hatha Yoga tradition, and offers a balance between asana, pranayama, meditation, kriya, and study in an environment that supports simplicity and presence.
