By confirming your booking at Secret Hill, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or deposit, when applicable), and email confirmation from us.
- Payment: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and selected digital payment methods. All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
- Changes to Reservation: Changes to your booking (dates, guest numbers, etc.) are possible subject to availability. Any modification request must be submitted via email. Changes may involve additional costs and are not guaranteed.
- Liability: Secret Hill is not liable for any personal loss, damage, or injury during your stay. We recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to arrival.
- Privacy: Your personal data is handled in accordance with Secret Hill’s Privacy Policy, applicable laws and regulations, and will never be shared with third parties without consent.
