We offer individual sessions adapted to your personal rhythm, physical, mental and energy conditions. The work is simple, specific, grounded in the tradition of Hatha Yoga.

A private session allows time for a more focused practice, especially if you’re recovering, starting out, or need to move at your own pace.

Ideal for those who prefer a quieter setting, are working with physical or emotional sensitivity, or wish to deepen a particular aspect of their practice.

What a session may include

Depending on your request or what emerges in the moment, a session can include:

  • Restorative practice and Yoga Nidra
  • Philosophical reflection or life guidance rooted in yogic understanding, when relevant

You may request a general session or bring a specific intention or need. We adapt from there.

Your Teacher

Sessions are led by our senior teacher, with long-standing experience in traditional Hatha Yoga, therapeutic guidance, meditation, and inner work.The approach is attentive, essential, and non-invasive.

Location

Private sessions are held at Secret Hill in Colomb Bay, South Goa, between Patnem and Palolem. The Yoga Shala is open to the trees and sea breeze, offering a quiet setting just a short walk from the main road and beach.

  • Alternative: Manohar International Airport (Mopa – GOX) – 3.5 hrs
  • Train stations: Canacona (10 mins) or Madgaon (45 mins)

  • Sessions last approximately 60 to 75 minutes
  • Held in the Shala
  • Open to house-guests and outside visitors
  • Time is arranged together, based on availability of the Shala and teacher

No. We adapt the session to your level, even if it’s your very first contact with Yoga.

Yes. Many guests combine private sessions with group classes or request a short series of one-to-one sessions over a few days.

Can I book in advance?

Yes. We recommend it, especially during high season, to ensure availability of both teacher and space.

Can I do a session with a friend or partner?

Yes, we can offer a semi-private session for two people. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare the space accordingly.

Are private sessions available every day?

Sessions are available most days, depending on teacher and Shala availability. We will offer you options based on your request.

What if I have an injury or physical limitation?

We will adapt the session to suit your condition. Please let us know in advance so we can support you safely and appropriately.

Are sessions available in the afternoon or evening?

Yes, we offer flexible timings. We’ll confirm with you the available slots for the day you prefer.

Is the session held in the same space as the group classes?

Usually yes, in the Shala.
