Yoga holiday immersion in South Goa

A daily rhythm of Yoga practice, rest, and reconnection
The Yoga Holiday immersion at Secret Hill is a space to step away from routine and return to yourself through the quiet rhythm of Yoga and nature.
Each day begins with meditation, breath, and movement in our open-air sea-view Shala. Experienced teachers will guide you through deep practices exploring all the yogic tools and will support you in your journey.
Beyond the practice you will have free time during the day to rest, walk to the beach, read or simply enjoy the silence and nature around you. You will be immersed in a peaceful hilltop between Patnem and Palolem beaches, touched by the most beautiful sunset in the area.
You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or advanced, only open to the journey. The Yoga Holiday is open to all levels and guided with care, professionalism, and respect for tradition.

A real yoga environment

You’ll be part of a small group, sharing space without pressure. There is freedom to participate fully or quietly step back. There are no loud evenings, no performances. Jjust the rhythm of real practice, and the calm of nature.
Location
